New Year, same old leftist lame blame game

The media is all over the assassination attempt of Gabrielle Giffords…. and it was mere minutes after the event when the leftists rolled out the bucket ‘o blame paint.  Well, one thing is for sure… modern liberalism’s media learning curve is definitely on the flat side.    The BlogProf has extensive (Hoo boy!) coverage of their neurological myopia when applying their hand towards sleuthing.  (Not so subtle spoiler: shooter was leftist) Much appreciate Instapundit for pointing people there.

I’d like to humbly add to the BlogProf’s point about the blame game.  It has been less than two years ago when this event occurred:

When Bill Sparkman told retired trooper Gilbert Acciardo that he was going door-to-door collecting census data in rural Kentucky, the former cop drew on years of experience for a warning: “Be careful.”

The 51-year-old Sparkman was found this month hanged from a tree near a Kentucky cemetery with the word “fed” scrawled on his chest, a law enforcement official said Wednesday, and the FBI is investigating whether he was a victim of anti-government sentiment.

Census Worker Found Dead — I Blame Bachmann

The investigation is ongoing, but on its surface, it looks to me like this might be the first casualty to result from the increasingly frightening Teabaggers, who’ve been emboldened in their craziness at every step by elected officials, Hate-wing Radio, and Fox.

I’m calling Bachmann out specifically because of all her conspiracy theories specifically tied to the Census.

It started with Palin whipping her rallies into a frenzy, calling Obama “Terrorist”; it continued with the Tea Parties; it grew into the “Town Hells” in August, with people showing up with loaded weapons; it gained steam when Joe Wilson shouts out “YOU LIE” to the President, and now this Anti-Government sentiment, fueled by LIES and promoted by elected Republicans as well as unelected leaders (Limbaugh, Beck), has found its full, hideous blossom in the MURDER of a US Census worker.

Yes, this was before the investigation was completed… but it does not end there.  On the very same leftist site… another DailyKos author opines:

I spent some time in that part of Kentucky back in the 1960’s working for the Federal government’s anti-poverty program begun under JFK and continued by Lyndon Johnson. And from what I’ve read, there has been little change in the poverty levels in that area.

The people in this part of the country are insular, clannish, suspicious of “outsiders” of any stripe, and fearful of all things governmental. They are NOT bad people. They are people who have for decades been the most disadvantaged and neglected citizens in the greatest and wealthiest nation on Earth. They are also deeply fundamentalist in their beliefs. If one of them is found to have caused this man’s horrible death, he should not stand alone in a court of law.

The real murderers of this man are the Glenn Beck’s, and Rush Limbaugh’s, and Michele Bachmann’s who have spread the deadly poison of hate and fear of our government and the Obama administration across the land. And Bachman should be front and center as the most culpable because she is supposedly an elected member of Congress who has sworn to uphold the Constitution and the laws of this land. But instead, she has rallied the gullible and the ignorant in a war against the government and more to the point against the census process as being symbolic of the evil government’s infringement on our “God-given” rights.

She should be expelled from the House.

Not one, but two specious charges from a leading leftist site before the facts had seen the light of day. Those two are only two tiny layers of the fetid liberal curds in their vat of rotting rhetoric.   Oh, if you’re not familiar with the conclusion of the investigation of Sparkman’s death:

A U.S. Census worker found dead in a secluded Clay County cemetery killed himself but tried to make the death look like a homicide, authorities have concluded.

Bill Sparkman, 51, of London, might have tried to cover the manner of his death to preserve payments under life-insurance polices that he had taken out. The policies wouldn’t pay off if Sparkman committed suicide, state police Capt. Lisa Rudzinski said.

“We believe it was an intentional act on his part to take his own life,” said Rudzinski, who helped lead the investigation.

The irony is that in these posts as well as those in regards to the Giffords event is they charge others with inflammatory rhetoric.  Oh, the utter hypocrisy.  Is there anything more inflammatory than falsely accusing entire innocent groups of American citizens with murder? To boot: both articles are still out there after the investigation proves their logic was lousy.

Really.

Let’s review a bit of inflammatory rhetoric foisted upon conservatives earlier:

This perfectly sums up the incredibly insular thinking that dominates modern liberalism.  Monitor the accusatory words from the mouths of liberals; it’s usually good evidence of liberal behavior.
