Capitalism for me, not for thee.

While Barack Obama has consistently denied that his goal is socialized healthcare, he is clearly lying through his teeth.
Obama’s personal physician in Chicago for many years, Quentin Young, is a leading DSA member and the father of the US “single payer” movement. Young has openly claimed credit, on at least several occasions, for indoctrinating Obama into the concept of socialized health care.
After dealing with liberals in political forums for 10+ years, I’ve found that their one tried and true reflex to protect their fairy tale is to leave the scene of facts. Diane Feinstein is the standard bearer of such tactics:
Revealing rhetoric from Obama during Clinton’s first term. Juicy tidbit:
Obama argued that the talk of values was empty without social action, and without a vigorous government role: “It’s not easy to live up to your ideals, it requires sacrifice. It may require taxes on the part of the society. It may require that you go without certain luxuries that you become accustomed to.”

Just to give you an idea of how nutty the Democrat Party has become, click here. Peter Schiff posed as a liberal pollster and asked Democrat delegates if they would support banning corporate profits. Oh, while they were asking Democrat delegates, they also ran into a delegate boasting she would like to kill Mitt Romney. In public…. on camera.
Folks, this is not outside with the OWS….this in inside the Democrat convention. They’re nuts.

After reading Barack Obama’s book “Dreams from My Father,” it became painfully clear that he has not been searching for the truth, because he assumed from an early age that he had already found the truth — and now it was just a question of filling in the details and deciding how to change things.
Obama did not simply happen to encounter a lot of people on the far-left fringe during his life.
As he spells out in his book, he actively sought out such people. There is no hint of the slightest curiosity on his part about other visions of the world that might be weighed against the vision he had seized upon.
As Professor Richard Epstein of the University of Chicago Law School has pointed out, Obama made no effort to take part in the marketplace of ideas with other faculty members when he was teaching a law course there.
What would be the point, if he already knew the truth and knew that they were wrong?
