Democrat Racism Tidbit from history

Below is one of the most famous campaign posters from the Democratic party. It is from the 1866 Pennsylvania gubernatorial race. Hiester Clymer (D) versus James White Geary (R) suggests that a vote for Clymer is for the white man while a vote for Geary is for the ‘negro’.

If you listen to today’s Democrat party… you’d think it was the Republicans with such enmity towards blacks.  Not even close.   The Democrats rely upon ignorance of their history to use the black vote to their advantage.
